While I am still celebrating our National Championship from last week's beating of another orange wearing UT, I want you to know that we here at MemphisTider.com do, in fact, feel for you.
You see, we've been in your shoes before.
We had ours for two years, as opposed to your one. We had victories at Tennessee and at Auburn. We were building. We believed.
And then, like a thief in the night, he was gone. At least your dude had the nuts to actually meet with his team. Ours just left in the middle of the night.
So yes, while I will somewhat enjoy the aftermath of him leaving you guys in the cold (just as you enjoyed our coach leaving years ago), I do actually feel sorry for you guys, and I hope things get a little bit better. Just not better enough to beat us. lol.
And just so you know, karma has a way of working these things out.
