Alabama only has three football players in the AFC and NFC championship games. Here they are...
Wesley Britt is an offensive lineman for the New England Patriots.
Mark Anderson is a defensive lineman for the Chicago Bears.
Roman Harper, safety, is on the injured reserve for the New Orleans Saints after tearing his ACL earlier in the year.

Did you hear the stab at Shula's coaching abilities made towards the end of Da Bears game? They were talking about what a great player Mark Anderson turned out to be. They said the coaching staff at Chicago knew when they watched him before the draft that his college coaches weren't getting all they could out of him. Hmmm # posted by Anonymous : 11:46 AM
Haha. I heard that. It's kinda a joke, cause Anderson spent more than half of his time in the QBs face while he was in college. He was a hell of a player. Chicago just uses him differently than other people...he's incredibly undersized at DE. He's built more like a linebacker...but Bama had to play him at DE because of their lack of linemen. Another fault of Shula's. # posted by Memphis Tider : 12:08 PM
