This is off topic, but since I am a Memphis guy, and a Grizzlies fan, I had to post.
Grizzlies, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE hire Marc Iavaroni, the assistant head coach for the Phoenix Suns. He's the guy that helped install their offense that's been so effective, and he's a great up and coming coach.
And -- bye bye Mike Fratello. (Another Mike getting fired...haha).
